Well, I do not usually write anything on here, but I have realized my obsession with the winners by losing site and decided that perhaps now is the time write a little note!
As my Aunt Carol has been eloquently pointing out, Valentines Day is just around the corner! My boyfriend, Anthony, lives in Colorado and is coming to see me on Thursday! I have done my best to get a thoughtfully inexpensive gift, but now I look to my talented writer aunts for a little help. I want to write a poem... and if you know me you know why this requires some help! If you have any pointers please let me know because I could sure use some!
Now if only I could find one of those cute pictures they use all the time... Ah! Here is one! These kitties look like me and Anthony... but certainly not in this position! :)

Andrea, that picture is SO CUTE! I love it! When I was a kid, we had two cats that looked almost like this. One was Noir and the other was Douglas. But you would never have caught them hugging like this! It was all snarl and spit with them!

PS: I forgot to say that I love your new picture, too! And I think it is so nice that Anthony can come visit you on this Valentine's weekend :) I voted. I wonder who else did!
Yes indeed! Douglas and Noir! But they also look like Andrea and Anthony! So how did you do with the poetry? I only realized tonight that you have put up new posts on your blog! You can tell who the 3rd voter is ... I do NOT like to shop!!
